What is Run for Freedom?
Run for Freedom is a 5K walk/run to change the lives for survivors of human trafficking and exploitation in Cambodia.
When is Run for Freedom?
The event will take place in three cities:

Is this a competitive run?
No. Run for Freedom is a fun walk/run.
Is this event suitable for all ages?
Yes, all ages are welcome! The routes are family-friendly, pet-friendly, and stroller-friendly!
How long will the 5K take?
If you're running at a steady pace, the route should only take you about 30 minutes to complete. If you're walking at a normal pace, it'll take you about an hour.

What should I wear?
Wear a comfortable pair of running shoes, and weather-appropriate athletic wear.
What if it rains?
We'll pray for good weather. There's always the chance of a little drizzle, though, so please check the weather forecast and dress appropriately!

What is your refund policy?
We don't offer refunds after you register for the event, but your gifts to Ratanak International USA will help change the lives of survivors of human trafficking and exploitation in Cambodia.
